Abstract
Background Hallucination is situation when the client is not able to express stimuli from the senses. One way to control hallucination is by taking medication. So that the application of nursing actions is needed by teaching of drinking drugs five true principles. Objective This case study is to describe the abilities both after and before being given through the application of nursing action to hallucinatory client. Methodology this study used a descriptive method by appliying to client with hallucination treated at Community Health Center Of Pejagoan. The instrument used was the observation sheet for signs and symptoms of hallucination, and the client ability to state the five true principles of medicine. Findings The decrease in signs, and symptoms of hallucination after appling to client II was 53,3% bigger, while clien I was 6,6%. There was an increase in ability after the application was carried out by teaching of drugs to five true principles. The Clien II is bigger at 88,8% while Clien I is 55,5%. Recommendation This case study is to apply how to control hallucination by teaching of drugs with five true principles
