The need to be free from pain is one of the basic needs which is the goal of giving nursing care to a patient. Objective: writing scientific papers that describe the nursing care of clients who have a fracture with acute pain associated with a breakdown of bone incontinuity in the emergency room. Methods: Descriptive with a case study approach in the form of nursing care, for 2 fracture patients who experience acute pain nursing problems, there are 2 subjects namely Ny. S namely acute pain associated with physical injury agents, risk of infection associated with damage to skin integrity, physical mobility barriers related to pain, and Ny. W for example acute pain associated with physical injury agents, barriers to physical mobility associated with reduced muscle mass, doing nursing care for each patient is 3 days. Results: After nursing measures for 3 x 24 hours the problem of acute pain associated with physical injury agents is resolved, pain has decreased with the scale of pain from 8 to 4, and the pain scale 7 to 3, the risk of infection is overcome the wound has not seeped, the obstacles to physical mobility are overcome with evidence that patients can immunize themselves without help. Recommendation: It is expected that patients can increase their knowledge about controlling pain using non-pharmacological techniques, one of which is by using deep breathing techniques independently.
