Abstract
Background: Developments in adolescence in the family include helping the needs of adolescents for their development, in today's life many parents who do not care about the behavior of adolescents with their environment. Parents feel that adolescents do not need their support to make individuals ready for the community. So that teenagers who lack guidance from parents will try things that are deviant, juvenile delinquency is a behavior that is evil or immoral or evil or young children, is a symptom of illness (pathological) socially in children and adolescents that are caused by one form of social neglect, so that they develop a form of deviant behavior. Therefore the authors are interested in providing information to families about effective parenting and the impact of free association of adolescent children. Objective: This case study describes nursing care by discussing with families to improve effective parenting in adolescents. Method: Scientific Writing uses a descriptive analytical method of case studies. The subjects were 2 families with teenagers (13-20 years) who were given information on effective parenting and the impact of free adolescence of teenagers to increase effective parenting. Results: Informing effective parenting and the impact of promiscuity has proven to be effective in increasing family parenting in adolescents. Recommendation: Health workers conduct counseling or inform effective parenting and the impact of free association of adolescents.
