Abstract

Background : Fractures in indonesia are the third largest cause of death under coronary heart disease and tubrcolosis. A fracture is a breakdown of bone continuity caused by sudden and excessive force, which can be a beating, destruction, bending, twisting of withdrawal Objective : Perform the aplication of distraction to listen to the Asmul Husna to find out its effectiveness on the scale of pain in fracture patients. Method : The methode of scientific writing is descriptive with a case study approach obtained from interviews, observation, physical examination and documentation. The subject were 2 patients who had fractures. The instrument used in this case was a SOP ( Standard Operating Prosedure) distraction listening to Asmaul Husna and rhe observation sheet. Result : The intervention and implementation that have been done, namely the distraction technique listening to the Asmaul Husna, is obtained, which can reduce the scale of pain is reduced from 6 to 3. Recommendation : Distraction listening to Asmaul Husna is recommended to reduce the scale of pain in fracture patients because of its effectiveness.
