Abstract
Background: When head trauma occurs, brain tissue injury can cause tissue fragmentation and contusion and damage to the blood position in head injury patients provides better results, which are able to improve cerebral tissue perfusion. Objective position to changes in blood pressure and MAP in head injury patients. Method: This type of research is a d using observation data. Results position for 3 times in 6 hours, significant results were obtained which decreased by 10 mmHg in both patients. Conclusion: There are signs and symptoms before and after a 30 up head up position that affects the increase and decrease in the patient's TD and MAP.
