Abstract
Background: Based on WHO (2011) that Indonseia Country as the country with DHF desease number fourth in South Asia. Thermoregulation is Physiologic proces wich used in hot body. Purpose: The nurse student can conduct nursing care to client with thermoregulation problem. Nursing Care: The result of patient assessment on Thursday 16th, June 2016, temperature: 38ºC, trombosite number : 42.103/uL, nursing diagnose was hypertermy. Intervention and Implementation: monitoring themperatur and trombosite, thought warm compress with Tepid Water Sponge, motivated to much drink and collaborated providing drugs. Recomendation : Tepid Water Sponge can decrease the body thermoregulation, this teqnique can taught too for the family.
