Abstract
Background: We can say that being eldier is the final stage f develment in hman ccle f life. There are 9 seni citizens seni citizens have health blems de t sielgical changes in thei bd balance b tandem ad theah. Objective: Describing the results of analysis of nursing care for gerontic tandem road therapy for fall-risk clients in Selokerto Sempor Kebumen. Results of nursing care: 3 elderly clients with an average 60-70 years, fenale sex, the result of the screening fall Time-up and Go (TUG) Test obtained by the 3 elderly at modeate risk of falling with score 11-19 seconds, priority nursing diagnoses fall risk, interventions carried out namely tandem road therapy exercise with result the screening fall time-up and Go (TUG) Test has decreased 2-3 seconds. Conclusion: The follow-up plan is that it is advisable for family and health workers to motivate the elderly to do tandem road therapy to keep their body balance of fall-risk.
