Abstract
Background: The disease is chronic renal failure caused some clinical features are anemia is almost 80-90%. Anemia causes symptoms such as physical weakness and dizziness easily while on the move so that the patient will experience activity intolerance. The purpose of Scientific Writing: The purpose of scientific writing is to describe the nursing care in patients with impaired fulfillment activity. Nursing Care: From the assessment results on June 9, 2016 obtained subjective data the client says to feel weak and dizzy. Objective data of the general state of weak clients, conjunctival pallor, the client just lying in bed, a hemoglobin level of 5.6 g / dl. Nursing diagnoses emerging activity intolerance related to imbalance between the supply of oxygen to the needs. Intervention and implementation conducted to determine the cause of activity intolerance, monitor vital signs, monitor hemoglobin levels, provide appropriate blood transfusion doctors advise. Recommendation: for an institution that students get the extra material on blood transfusions deeper, to the hospital when seeing patients with intolerance activity performed actions that can help increase hemoglobin other than blood transfusion that may help in the process of increasing hemoglobin so as to achieve the normal range.
