Abstract
Background: Tuberculosis Disease problems until today is still a major public health problem in all countries. In this retrospective case series, there are problems in the family needs to learn Ny. R and the action taken is health education about TB and treatment to improve understanding of the client. Interest Author: To give an idea of nursing care to meet the needs of learning problems in clients with TB Post. Nursing: When examined on Thursday, June 9, 2016 13:00 clock the data obtained: Ny. R said that once exposed to TB, has been on treatment for 6 months, when the first TB within the family there are children under five, Ny. R says worried if her TB disease recurrence. Nursing problems emerging priorities that improve the readiness of health management. Intervention and implementations do provide information about TB and treatment, providing media leaflets about TB, motivate clients to change lives for the better, examine the involvement of family members. The results of the evaluation obtained Ny. R says already know about TB and penangannnya and willing to do the advice described. Conclusion: Health promotion by peer education method is effective in improving the knowledge and behavior of patients with TB.
