Abstract

Background: Of the problem in this scientific paper is based on data obtained from various literature sources which state that speech therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy that can treat patients with verbal communication disorders. Objective: Of writing scientific papers is to provide an overview of nursing care with problems with verbal communication disorders in patients with communication disorders in Kemangguan Village. Method: Used is descriptive data collection techniques with a journal literature study approach. The instruments used : nursing care format, SOP, and observation sheets. In the discussion of nursing problems that arise, namely verbal communication disorders. The interventions and implementations that have been given are speech therapy exercises in the form of AIUEO therapy. In an evaluation carried out for five days on the problem of verbal communication disorders that have not been resolved, the results obtained that the patient has not been able to do the exercises independently.
