Abstract
Background: Semi-fowler position in the position of the head of the bed dielevasikan with less than 45 degress will maintain the bulk heart so that breathlessness and improve sleep quality of patient. Award semi-fowler position in breathless patient can effectively reduce shortness of breath. This can be in the know before and after the semi-fowler no improvement breathless patient weight to axpyxiate light. The general purpose scientific thesis: to understand and aplly the nursing care with interference problems meeting the needs of oxygen in the room cempaka RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen Hospital. The results of the analysis of the action: nursing problems inffective pattern related to respiratory muscle fatigue is not resolved. Action to address the respiratory problems: taking action to position the patient with a semi-fowler position. Evaluation: evaluation results show action in positioning the patient with the semi-fowler position is very effective and simple to handle breathlessness in PPOK patient.
