Abstract
Background: Patients in the elderly stage experience many changes both physically and mentally That will affect health thoroughly .Thus giving rise to some diseases one of them is a white cryst hypertension . Results: The results had also won three other For the assessment ineffective health management family , water and law covering the well to do families know the issue of knowledge and healthy behavior with code 5618, the family was able to decide to treat with code 5370, The well to do families tending a member of family 7150, to a code the well to do families modifying the environment to the code 7500 , Families are able to take advantage of health facilities with the code 7400. obtained in Mrs.T family with the results of pre therapeutic blood pressure young coconut water Namely 155/100 mmHg and post coconut water therapy young namely 115 / 75 mmHg, With the family of Mr.k with the results of pre therapy coconut water pressure young namely 150/100 mmHg And post therapy young coconut water about 100 / 80 mmHg Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the authors concluded that young coconut water therapy was effective in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension, then the implementation of therapy needed assistance from family considering that elderly patients had decreased memory and independence.
