Abstract
Background: Head injury or head trauma is one of the leading causes of death in traffic accidents. According to the world health organization (who, 2019). The patient's head injury is identical to the major complaint of headache caused by damage to the brain tissue. Pharmacology of mild pain in patients with head injuries can be treated by administering pain meds or medications to relieve pain. The murotal qur 'an qur 'an therapy ar-rahman is one of those nonpharmacological therapies that reduce pain in a person. Purpose: Describes emergency nursing with acute pain nursing problems on a mild head injury (CKR) with murotal qur’an therapy ar-rahman's letter in j RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara Research methods: This research used a descriptive analysis method. The case studies conducted during 3 meetings on 3 respondents. Using a observation seet and emergency format. Results: Implementation of qur’an murotal therapy ar-rahman's letter in an attempt to reduce the scale of pain has been effective with an average of a 2-scale decrease in the light to moderate scale (1-6). Recommendation: The qoran's murotal therapy ar-rahman's letter is self-sustaining because it is easy and effective to reduce pain and anxiety in a patient with a ringed head injury (CKR).
