Abstract

Background: Professional nurses have the ability to do so. Each hospital uses its own diagnostic summary, and opinions regarding the application of nursing diagnoses in clinical practice vary. A nursing diagnosis is a clinical evaluation of a client's response to a possible health problem or life process. Purpose : Knowing the Overview of Nursing Diagnoses According to SDKI in Hypertension Patients at Siaga Medika Banyumas General Hospital. Research Method : This study uses quantitative methods. The sample size was 100 hypertensive patients. Data collection using observation sheets based on the Indonesian Nursing Diagnosis Standards (SDKI). Results : The results showed that the most common nursing diagnoses were acute pain with comfort sub-category, as many as 47 patients (47%). Conclusion: In this study, the most nursing diagnoses were acute pain with comfort sub-categories, namely 47 patients (47%). Recommendations for future researchers: Used as basic data for further research and it is hoped that further research will use time, energy, and be as efficient as possible and involve families in this study.
