Abstract

Background: Nurses in hospital settings are responsible for providing patient care that aligns with their roles and responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of highquality services. Caring behavior exhibited by nurses is a key component in assessing the quality of healthcare services. The caring attitudes of nurses are influenced by their critical thinking skills, ultimately enhancing the quality of nursing care provided. Objective: To examine the correlation between critical thinking skills and caring behavior among nurses at Prembun Regional Hospital. Method: The research employed a descriptive correlation approach with a crosssectional design. A total of 26 nurses from the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) were selected using the total sampling technique. The analysis included bivariate analysis using Spearman's Rho.
