Abstract

Background: Based on amount child pre school in Bumiharjo Village amounting to 240 children (10.27%) of the total population. One of the common problems happen to children pre-school is disturbance development motor smooth. Disturbance development motor fine is delay or disturbance ability child for do movements involving coordination eyes, hands and muscles small. One of the handling disturbance development motor fine child pre-school is with giving play beading therapy. Objective: To describe family nursing care in the pre-school stage with decreased coping family in Bumiharjo village. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive method, with a case study approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation during the case study. The case study subjects are three families at the pre-school age stage who have impaired fine motor development. Results: From the results of the assessment of 3 foster families, a nursing problem was found, namely impaired fine motor development of pre-school children. Intervention and implementation carried out in 5 visits is to provide merging play therapy to pre-school children for 3 times in a row and provide education to the foster family. Evaluation after being giving meroning play therapy found that meroning can increase or improve children's fine motor development with the length of time for providing therapy varies according to the conditions and abilities of each child. Recommendation: Meroning play therapy is one alternative that can be used by pre-school families to improve children's fine motor development.
