Abstract

Background: Ca mammae are malignant tumors that form when breast cells grow out of control, and allow the tumor to spread to other areas of the body or to tissues or organs close to the breast. The WHO says 2.3 million women have breast cancer, with 670,000 deaths worldwide. Objective: To find out the analysis of nursing care in patients with situational low self-esteem with a combination of generalist therapy and self-healing in ca mammae patients in the Wijaya Kusuma room, Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital. Methods: The approach used in this scientific paper is a case study of 5 subjects by providing nursing care for 7 meetings. Generalist and self-healing therapy was given for 30-60 minutes at each meeting, using the Rosenberg self-esteem questionnaire, Psychosocial nursing care format, Generalist therapy sop, Self Healing Sop. Results: After being given therapy, there was a decrease in symptoms of situational low self-esteem, an increase in generalist therapy ability, an increase in self-healing ability, The average Rosenberg self-esteem score before the intervention was 13.4 (33.5%) and after the intervention increased to 33.6 (84%), which means that after the implementation the average Rosenberg self-esteem increased by 50.5%. Conclusion: Self-esteem assessment therapy in combination with self-healing has an effect on increasing self-esteem and positive assessment in HDRS patients. Recommendation: It is recomended that a combination of generalist therapy and self-healing interventions can be used in Ca Mammae patients who experience Low Situational Self-Esteem.
