Abstract

Background: Lung cancer is the growth of malignant cells in the lung tissue. If not treated immediately, this cell growth can be uncontrolled and can spread to surrounding tissues and organs. (Juwita et al, 2021). Objective: To find out the Nursing Care Analysis of Anxiety Patients With Lung Cancer Through Generalist Therapy Combination of Seft Therapy (Spritual Emotional Freedom Technique) at Margono Soekardjo Purwokerto Hospital Methods: The approach used in this scientific work is a case study with 5 Lung Ca patients with anxiety for 20 minutes at 6 meetings, starting from assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used are psychosocial nursing care formats, observation sheets, signs and symptoms formats, and SOPs for mental nursing actions. Results: The implementation of generalist therapy combined with Seft Therapy (Spritual Emotional Freedom Technique) in five Ovarian Ca patients with anxiety showed a decrease in signs and symptoms and an increase in patient ability. The average HADS score before intervention was 9.2 (43.2%) and the majority experienced mild anxiety (100%). After the intervention, it became 5.4 (25.2%) and the majority experienced mild anxiety (80%). Recommendation: The results of this study recommend that generalist therapy combined with Seft Therapy (Spritual Emotional Freedom Technique) can be applied to Lung Ca patients who experience anxiety
