Abstract

Background: Stroke ranks third as the leading cause of death after coronary heart disease and accounts for 85.5% of total deaths worldwide. Hemiparese is one of the typical signs of stroke that needs to be treated quickly, one of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be done is ROM with modified mirror therapy and relaxation therapy with Murottal Al-Qur'an. Objective: Explaining the analysis of nursing care for Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients with Nursing Problems of Physical Mobility Disorders. Method: This research uses a case study method. The subject of the study is patients with Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Nursing Care Outcomes: Nursing Diagnosis Physical mobility disorder is related to a decrease in muscle strength. External (SLKI): Limb movement increases, muscle strength increases, joint pain and stiffness decrease. Intervention (SIKI): Identify pain, monitor general conditions when moving, involve family members to help patients improve movement, teach simple mobilizations that can be done and joint range of motion (ROM) actively and passively with mirror therapy modification and relaxation therapy of Murottal Al-Qur'an surah Ar-Rahman. The implementation is carried out in accordance with the SOP, the time of giving 15-20 minutes 2x a day within 3 consecutive days. The results of the evaluation after 3x4 hours were found that 3 patients (60%) experienced an increase in muscle strength from a scale of 3 to 4. Conclusion: There is an effect of Mirror Therapy and Murottal Relaxation Therapy of the Qur'an on the muscle strength scale of Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients
