Abstract

Background: Sectio caesarea is a medical procedure that is needed to help childbirth that cannot be carried out normally due to maternal health problems or fetal conditions. Efforts to overcome physical mobility disorders in cesarean section mothers are encouraged by mothers to mobilize as early as possible to maintain uterine contractions. Objective: To describe the analysis of nursing care in postpartum section caesarean mothers with physical mobility disorders in room. Methodology: descriptive with a case study approach with subjects, namely 5 patients after sectio caesarean section. As a result: the majority of patients, namely 5 patients (100%) after being given the action, experienced an increase in independence scores and an average increase in independence by 15, TFU before and after the action was still the same. Early mobilization is carried out starting from the first 6 hours to 72 hours (3rd day). Recommendation: It is hoped that early mobilization of post SC can be applied in nursing care
