Abstract

Cold Chain Products (CCP) are pharmaceutical products that require strict temperature control to maintain their quality and stability during distribution. This study aimed to evaluate the management of CCP at PBF PT. Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk Purwokerto based on Good Distribution Practice (GDP/CDOB) standards. This study used a descriptive evaluative method by comparing actual practices with applicable regulations. The results showed that CCP management has complied with CDOB standards, including storage, temperature monitoring, distribution, documentation, and product handling. Storage was maintained at 2–8°C with regular monitoring, while distribution used specialized packaging with temperature control. In conclusion, the implementation of CDOB in CCP management at the PBF has been well executed, ensuring product quality throughout the distribution process.
