Abstract
Background: Post sectio caesarea(SC) postpartum mother havinglatedecline in uterinefundus height is 60%. This isbecause post SCpostpartum mother does not have enough early mobility due to the pain ofabdoment suture. Objective: To describe nursing care by applying early mobility to accelerate the decrease inuterin fundus height of post SC postpartum mother. Method: This scientific paper is an analytical descriptive with a case study approach. Data were obtained through interview, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. The subject was a post SCmultiphara postpartummother. The instrument was observation sheet. Result: After having nursing care by applying early mobilityfor 3 x 24 hours, there was a decrease in uterin fundus height and the involution process was good.
