Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is the toughest form of psychosis in which the client has no connection with reality so that his thinking and behavior are abnormal. Sensory perception changes: visual hallucinations are perceptual sensory responses experienced by a person without external stimuli and are not experienced by others, hallucinations are a symptom of severe mental disorder whose prevalence is 90% in visual hallucinations of 20% General Objectives: to describe the Nursing Care of the Soul on the Schizophrenic Client with the Sensory Perception of Perception The Hallucinations of Vision use the nursing process of the Comprehensive Implementation Strategy approach. Nursing care: when the assessment is obtained the client's results see the shadows, difficulty sleeping, daydreaming, anxiety, talk and laugh alone. The nursing problem that arises is the change of sensory perception of hallucinations of vision. Intervention and Implementation has been done in the form of helping clients recognize hallucinations, scolding, conversing, and doing activities. Evaluation done during 4 times meeting got problem Hallucinations of vision have not been resolved. The act of using individual therapy with an implementation strategy can control hallucinations of vision.
