Abstract
Background. Schizophrenia is the toughest form of psychosis in which the client has no connection with reality so that his thinking and behavior are abnormal. Chronic low self-esteem is a feeling of worthless, meaningless and prolonged selfesteem due to a negative evaluation of oneself. Low self-esteem is a symptom of mental disorder that is 12% prevalence. Writing purpose. Describes nursing care of the soul with Self Concept Disorder: Low Self-Esteem uses a comprehensive implementation strategy approach. Nursing care. When the client is assessed, the client's results feel embarrassed, preferring to be alone, less eye contact. The nursing problem that arises is Chronic Low Self-esteem. Intervention and implementation that have been done in the form of recognize low self esteem and mongebutkan ability possessed, assessing, choosing, doing activities to be trained. Evaluation conducted during the 4th meeting found the problem of low self-esteem has not been resolved. The planned action has been carried out by the author during 4 meetings with the results of a low self esteem evaluation on the subject of the first case study and on the second case study subject not resolved. The act of using individual therapy with an implementation strategy can reduce low self-esteem.
