Abstract
Background:Base on from World Health Organization, the mortality of stroke deases is high number. In Indonesia, it is third rank. Aim: The students able to give nursing care for patient with impaired physical mobility in stroke non- haemoragicdeaseasein PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GOMBONG Hospital. Result:The Nursing diagnosis were impaired perfusion cerebral with blood suplly decrease to brain, impaired physical mobility, and deficit personality. Action: The nursing student gave active ROM (Range Of Motion) Evaluation: The nursing care during three days, gotten patient still have problem in impaired physical mobility and deficit personality. Recommendation:In the future, active ROM (Range Of Motion) should be done not only onw time, but more than it, and it can be applied in patient, home too.
