Abstract

Background: This scientific paper is based on data obtained from various sources of literature stating that a stroke is a disease of decreased acute nerve function caused by brain blood vessel disorders, occur suddenly and quickly that cause symptoms and signs in accordance with the area of the brain Disturbed. Stroke is divided into two, namely: non hemorrhagic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. Dekubitus is one of thr impact of stroke. Changing sleep position is, one of a pan of you who can be done by the nurse to deal with skin damage integrity. Purpose: Perform changing sleep position every two hours skin damage integrity of stroke non hemoragik patient at PKU Muhamadiyah hospital of Gombong. Methode: The paper used case study method and reported nursing care of stroke non hemoragik patient.. Result : Skin damage integrity associated with immobilization disorders hasben resolved with changing sleep position every two hours for three day, so that resolve skin damage integrity. Conclution: Changing sleep positin is affective to improved skin damage integrity.
