Abstract
Background : Congestive Heart Faillure is a health problem in the cardiovascular system which is the incident rate has risen steadily and the impact of death and including the number of Indonesia’s disease. Aim of Research : able to describe about giving nursing care at the Congestive Heart Faillure’s client. Diagnose : In nursing care of Congestive Heart Faillure’s client, that enforced from the assessment on Mr.S are decrease cardiac output related with preload interference, in-efective breath system related with dypsnea, and knowledge deficiency related with less information about the desease. Planning of action : The plan of nursing care action which used by Congestive Heart Faillure’s client are frequency and heart beat monitor, observations mental status changes, diagnostic test monitor and laboratory result such as EKG, GDA (PaO2, PaCO2, SPO2), electrolyte, semi fowler position, about giving O2 therapy, vital sign monitor, about giving environment serenity and visitor limits and do collaboration with the doctor about client medicines therapy. Result : After 3x12 hours of nursing care, the result obtained client respiration become normal, there is no oedema, and the client knows about his desease.
