Abstract
Background: Parenting parenting especially mother is very important in child growth in child psychology, social ability of child, independence of child, and behavior of difficult to eat in child. Objective: To know the relationship of mother's parenting pattern with difficult eating behavior in preschool children (3-5 years) in Sadangwetan Village. Method: This research use correlation method with cross sectional approach. Samples were 48 preschoolers (3-5 years old) who were taken in total sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlative analysis using Kendal Tau correlation test Results: Most of the children in Sadangwetan village with democratic mother pattern (68.8%). Most of the children in Sadangwetan Village had difficulty eating light category (66.7%). Conclusion: There is a relationship of mother care pattern with difficult behavior of feeding in preschool age children (3-5 years) in Sadangwetan Village
