Abstract
Background: hypertension is one of the disease has a very closely with elderly .Changes that happened to elderly is a problem psikososial .Elderly feel or aware of his death , sparking the fear , resulting in the problems caused sleep disorders .After more than 40 years old the body becomes more vulnerable disease , so elderly often find a poor quality . Purpose: To explain the care of nursing gerontik with trouble annoyance sleep patterns in the village kalibeji , sempor , kebumen . Result : act done in addressing disorder sleep patterns , in the form of therapy sholawat give music and advocated clients to a warm bath . Recommendations: a warm bath can merelaksasi otot-otot on body so it will increase the quality of sleep
