Abstract
Background: problem scientific work is based on data obtained from various sources of literature which stated that problems often arise from the problem of oxygenation that is not effective airway clearance related to the accumulation of excess mucus. Objective: to provide an overview of nursing care meeting the needs of oxygenation in Ny. L with asthma at Dahlia Lounge Hospital Dr. Sudirman Kebumen. Discussion: Analysis of data on May 30, 2016 at 12:30 am client says shortness of breath, respiratory 24x per minute. Intervention and implementation has been done in the form of monitoring vital signs, client positioning semi-fowler, auscaltation the sound of breath, cough train effectively. Results: In the evaluation conducted two days, the client is not crowded and nursing problems resolved. Analysis action with early treatment of asthma therapy..
