Abstract
Background: Hypertension is a state of a person's blood pressure that is in the level above the normal increase of systolic blood pressure more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure more than 90 mmHg Objective: To explain the nursing care given to clients with hypertension in Emergency Installation RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Methods: This scientific paper is an analysis of 5 nursing care on client with pain nursing problem by way of study of problem formulation, data analysis, intervention and evaluation. Results: From the nursing care obtained the results of clients who experienced average hypertension experienced pain in. A deep breathing relaxation action to lower blood pressure on clients with pain nursing problems. Conclution: The outhors analysis that the provision of deep breath relaxation therapu can overcome the problem of pain can go down after getting relaxation deep breathing therapy
