Abstract
Introducton: a stroke is a cerebrovascular disorder that causes a disruption of mobilization barries. ROM exercises can restore muscle strength functions; objective: the purpose is to analyze nursing care with physical mobility barrier problemin non hemmorrhagic stroke patient. result: based on the analysis, five patients experienced a decrease in muscle strength on one side of the extremity. interventions and implementatons that have been done to assess muscle strength, measure vital signs, train ROM, consult with physiotherapy. Conclusion : ROM exercise regularly can increase muscle strength. The innovative results of ROM exercises with complementary combinations are better than ROMs without complementary combinations.
