Abstract
Background:Result of basic health research(2010) of Central Java indicates that there were 88.7% of adolescents still had low comprehensive knowledge about HIV/AIDS. Those adolescents were youngsters in the age of 15-24 years old. Objective: This study aims at knowing the application of the ShartJourneygame to improve the knowledge of adolescents about HIV/AIDS in independent midwifery clinic of Midwife Yuni Martini, Amd. Keb. Method: This scientific paper is an analytical descriptive with a case study approach. Data were through obtained interview, observation. Participants are 6 adolescents. The instrument was a questionnaire. Result:After applying Shart Journey game for 3 weeks, there was an increase in knowledge level of 6 participants about HIV/AIDS (good category). Conclusion:The application of Shart Journey game is effective to increase knowledge level of adolescents about HIV/AIDS.
