Abstract

Background: Early mobilization is important in the postoperative period of section Caesarea. Early mobilization is essential to maintain the independence of patient post-SC, early mobilization to post- SC is important for mothers because if not realisation it will be an impact of an increase in body temperature, abnormal bleeding, thrombosis, clogged blood flow, and increased pain and longer hospitalization. Objective: Explaining the application of nursing care regarding the provision of early mobilization of post sc patients to increase independence patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital. Method: This scientific paper used a descriptive case study design. The subject of the case study were 3 post SC patients, who experienced pain problems inhibiting physical mobility. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation study. Results: Based on three postoperative SC patients, the patient's independence increased from depending on being independent. Conclusion: Evaluation in post-SC patients was obtained after early mobilization, the level of patient independence increased.
