Data are analyzed and arranged in the form of narratives in depth and detail and the resuls of the descrption of pain changes in post fracture patients Results: The results of the three patients showed that all patients before being given finger hand relaxation techniques finger pain scale became a mild pain scale. Recommendation; It is expected that further researchers can carry out a case study by providing finger handheld ralaxation techniques 2 hours before analgesic administration.
