Abstract
Background: Oxygen is the most vital basic requirement in human needs. Fulfilling oxygen needs is the first part of physiological needs according to Maslow's hierarchy, because oxygen is one of the vital needs of our lives. The position of the high fowler is very helpful for clients who experience dyspnea because it removes pressure on the diaphragm which allows the exchange of larger volumes of air. Objective: To understand and apply Nursing Care to Fulfill Oxygenation Needs in Patients with Disorders of Oxygenation Requirement by using a comprehensive and comprehensive nursing process approach. Method: Writing this paper is an analytic descriptor with a case study approach. Results: There were changes before and after the nursing action of the high fowler position on changes in oxygen saturation of 5 in Bronchial Asthma patients. Conclusion: The author draws the conclusion that the high fowler position can increase oxygen saturation in Bronchial Asthma patients.
