Abstract
Background: Head injuries cause nursing problems ineffective perfusion of cerebral tissue, Perfusion does not ineffective if not treated immediately it will be increased intracranial pressure so that the main treatmnet in this patients position head up 15 - 30 derajat. The initial assessment of patients head injury also can be done with RTS which is a physiologicals score of injury also can be done with RTS which is a physiologicals score (GCS), Systolic Blood Presure (SBP) and Respiration rate (RR). Objective: To explain nursing care has been given to the patients head injury with problems with ineffective perfusion of cerebral tissue. Method: This scientific paper used a descriptive case study design. The subject of the case study was 3 patients with CKS, who experienced problems with ineffective perfusion of cerebral tissue. Collected data using observation, interview and documentation study techniques. Results: The RTSs score from all three patients was in the range of 6.6-6.9 where the score was a severe RTS severity category. Conclusion: The results of the evaluation of CKS patients after the RTS assessment with on RTS score of patient < 11 indicated that the patients experiented severe severity.
