Abstract

Background: COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) is a chronic lung disease characterized by obstruction of respiratory section is not fully reversible. This air flow resistance can be progressive and is associated with pulmonary inflammatory response to particles or gases are toxic and dangerous. Objective: To better know about the image of the application of nursing care in patients with airway clearance ineffectiveness, especially in patients with impaired oxygenation in Ny fulfillment. D in space Husna Rs Pku Muhammadiyah Deal. Discussion: The issue of nursing ineffective airway clearance, activity intolerance, knowledge deficiency. Intervention and Implementation already done that encourage the client to drink warm water to loosen the airway, give the position to the clients, teach cough effectively, providing oxygenation therapy, collaboration antibiotics, assessing the noise, the frequency and the number of breaths to know the state of the client breathing. Results: The evaluation obtained for three days, the issue of ineffectiveness of airway clearance, activity intolerance, and deficiency of knowledge is resolved.
