Abstract
Background: pravelansi kidney failure chronicle is Indonesia about 0.2% (riskesdas.2013).Paticals who developed a illness patient with kidney failure of chronicle and is by giving therapy hemodialisys on aroutise asis to would have risen above other there is trouble and acxiety. the act of nursing to deal anxiety patients that can be the of independent, by nurses that is the are of relaxation bretathing excercise. Breathing Excercise is a technique of natural healing to a decrease in the level of anxiety. objective: determining of the influence of breathing excercise againt the level of anxiety. patients hemodialysis therapy to patient with chronic renal failure at the hospital PKU Muahmmadiyah Gombong. Methods: Research with used trueexsperiment by pre-test and post-test with control group design.there where sample 66 of patient taken by purposive ampling. The data analized by using analysis and use the descriptive and use bivariat wilcoxon. Results: This results of this shows it that the majority of respondents it the PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital before any breathing exercise categories of mild anxiety (84.8%). While after the intervention showed the decline in anxiety to acategory not anxious 921.2%). Conclusion: There is an effect formulation breathing exercise upon the level of anxiety patients therapy hemodialysis on the patients with kedney failure of a chronicle at the Hospital PKU Muahmmadiyah Gombong with p (0,000<0,05). Recommenditions: Breathing similation can be done independently on a patient therapy hemodialysa tha experienced anxiety and can be aplplied sustainably in health services.
