Abstract
Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis is a contagious disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. A large part of the tuberculosis bacteria attacks the lungs and can affect other organs. Clinical symptoms tuberculosis to be a local symptom and systemic symptoms. When the organ affected by the symptoms local pulmonary respiratory symptoms such as coughing more than 2 weeks, coughing up blood, shortness of breath and chest pain. Interest Writer: Authors of scientific work is to outline the results of nursing care that is given to patients with nursing problems inefficiencies airway clearance on TB in the Emergency Room in Dr.Soedirman Kebumen Hospital. Method: This paper is Descriptive analytic case study approach (care study approach). Data obtained from the observation of the interview, physical examination and study documentation. Data obtained based on the two respondents are pulmonary TB patients with nursing problems inefficiencies airway clearance. Result: After having nursing care for three days showed the ineffectiveness of airway clearance resolved. Cough effective therapy useful for patients with nursing problems inefficiencies airway clearance.
