Abstract
Background: The result of interviews with students at SMK Batik Sakti 1 Kebumen. The results showed that they did not know about HIV/AIDS, but only know at a glance because they have heard people talk about HIV/AIDS. In 2017, the incident of hiv aids in Indonesia is 48,300 for hiv and AIDS is 9280 (KEMENKES, 2017). The cause of occurrence of hiv/aids because of the behavior of teenagers whos are in disarray such as promiscuity and lack of knowledge. Research purposes: Knowing of teeenagers knowledge and attitude about hiv/aids classes X of SMK Batik Sakti 1 Kebumen. Method: This is a descriptive qualitative research using a survey method. The population of research is student in class X with 313 respondents. The technique of sampe using purposive sampling with total respondents is 76. Research result: This research show of knowledge about hiv/aids with good category is 48 respondents (63,2%), respondent with fairly good category is 25 respondents (32,9%), and respondent with fairly good is 3 respondents (3,9%). The research result of teenagers attitude abouthiv/aids in good category is 76 respondents (76%). Conclusion: The most of X class students have a good knowledge and attitude about hiv/aids within good category. Recommendation: The next research is expected to conduct research about the factor that influence occurrence of HIV/AIDS.
