Abstract
Background: Stroke is a clinical syndrome that aries suddenly, quickly and in the form of local and global neurological deficits that last 4 hours or noere and cause death because the blood supply to brain is disrupted, due to blockage or repture of blood vessels. Exercise and physical activity can inrease muscle strength, muscletone and can also reduce flexibility. objective: Provide an overview of Nursing Care with non-hemoragic stroke problems with physical mobility barriers. Method: Case studies using descriptive methods obtained from interviewers, observation, documentation. The respondents were 2 non-hemoragic stroke patients. Result: Implementation carried out in accordance with intervention includes assisting ADLs, monitoring viral signs of ROM. In the evaluation carried out for three days the obstacles to physical mobility were overcome in part and had to be continued. Recommendation: Teach passive or active ROM (range of motion) for stoke patien to increase muscle strength and muscle flexibility.
