Abstract
Background: According to the Health Service of Semarang City AKB Province Central Java year 2012 amount 10,75/1000 birth of life found 5112 case. Decline than year 2010 amount 10,62/1000 the birth of life. Millenium Development Goals (MGDs) fourth (4th) year 2015 amount 17/1000 the birth of life. Objective: Writer able to implement upbringing nursing fufillment necessary nutrition By. Ny. T with albw aincludes assessment, interpretation of the data, diagnose, planning, and evaluation of nursing. The results of study case: BB 1490 gram, reflex of suck weak, status of nutrient less, baby in incubators, installed OGT, installed infus, umbilical cord wet. The problems nursing that arise the imbalance nutrition less than the needs of the body and the risk of infection. Intervention and implementation: Observe reflex suck of body, consider weight every day, monitoring existence queasy vomit, provide therapy infection, mpnitor sign and indication of infection, doing the treatment umbilical cord, monitoring assign of assign vital. Evaluation: The result are established for the treatment 3 days, reflex suck good. BB 1500 gram, ASI emtered in aspin, don't vomit, vital sign normal, the baby in incubators, installed OGT, installed infus, umbilical cord dry, there are no signs and symptoms of infections, enterd therapy.
