Abstract
Background: Pain in labour post sectio caesaria must be dealt with immediately because if left untreated it will cause several impacts including early mobilization so that the wound healing process becomes longer. The need for pain management is neede so that pain can be overcome. Objective: Knowing the effectiveness of murottal therapy to reduce the scale of pain in the Bogenvil Room at Dr. Soedirman Kebumen Hospital. Resutls of nursing care: Nursing problems that arise in patients, namely pain associated with physical injury agents. The intervention is pain management. While the implementation is to provide non-pharmacological therapy murottal Al Qur'an Surah Ar Rahman audio. The evaluation results indicate a decrease in the scale of pain from moderate 10 mild pain. Recommendation: The action taken to deal with pain is the application of murottal Al Qur'an Surah Ar Rahman therapy. The evaluation results showed a decrease in the scale by 3-4 points.
