Abstract
Background, Patient safety has become a global issue in hospitals and has 5 types of issues which included: patient safety (patient safety), the safety of people who have provided health services, building safety and equipment in hospitals that can have patient safety. Nurse compliance in implementing standard operating procedures (SPO) is still lacking. There are 6 (six) implementation of patient safety targets, namely; accuracy in patient identification, increased effective communication, increased alertness to high alert drugs, certainty in the right procedure, exact location and proper patient operations, reducing the risk of infection and reducing the risk of patients falling Objectives, To determinimg of relationship of nurse compliance to the implementation of safety targets in patients in emergency room at hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Methods, The research used in this study was descriptive correlational research, using a cross sectional approach. Sample 26 people with total sampling technique. Results , The results showed that the compliance of nurses in the obedient category had good implementation of patient safety as many as 11 respondents (42.3%) and enough 1 respondent (3.8%), for adherence in the obedient category had 3 respondents (11.5%) and sufficient 7 respondents (26.9%) based on calculations using the spearman rank p value obtained 0,000 <0.005 can be concluded that there is a relationship between nurse compliance with the implementation of patient safety with a correlation value of 0.729. Conclusion, Based on the research, it was found that for the compliance of the majority nurses in the obedient category was 12 respondents (46.2%) and that for the implementation of patient safety it was good with the number of 14 respondents (53.8%). Based on calculations using the spearman rank p value obtained 0,000 <0.005 can be concluded that there is a relationship between nurse compliance with the implementation of patient safety with a correlation value of 0.729. Recommendation, For measuring nurse compliance with the implementation of patient safety goals.
