Abstract
Background: response time is the speed in penangnan patient, calculated since the patient came to the Emergency Room (ER) to do penangnan by the medical team. The background of this research is the emergency services fast enough or long perceived response time can lead to dissatisfaction of patients to the emergency services. Research purposes: mengtahui response time for nursing relationship with the level of patient satisfaction in the emergency room Sruweng PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital. Research result: the response time of emergency services in the emergency department (ED) PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng 2019 mostly fast (57.9%), most of the high patient satisfaction to the emergency service in the Emergency Room (ER) PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng as many as 33 people (57 , 9). Conclusion: No response time relationship of nurses with patient satisfaction level in the Emergency Room (ER) PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng. Recommendation: for further research are expected next researcher can use variables and different research designs, in terms of anything that could affect the response time and patient satisfaction.
