Abstract
Background :Circulation is a system that acts as a transportation of various subtances and nutrients needed by the body to the organs that need it and which are not needed by the body (out of the body). Stroke is a disease that attacks the brain and occurs when blood flow to the brain area is cut off. When this happens, brain cells lack oxygen and don’t function. Purpose of Writing: Describes nursing care in hemorrhagic stroke patients with problems ineffective perfusion of cerebral tissue. Method : The use of scientific writing method is descriptive analysis with study approach case. Data were obtained through interview, observation, physical examination, and documentation. Subjects were hemorrhagic stroke patients who had problems increasing intracranial pressure in 2 people. Results : After performing nursing care for 3 days in patients with primary nursing diagnoses the risk of ineffective perfusion of brain tissue using head up 15⁰-30⁰ so that intracranial pressure decreased like systolic blood pressure decreased, diastolic blood pressure decreased, and oxygen saturation increased. Recommendation : Elevate the head position during sleep approximately 15⁰-30⁰ to facilitate the circulation of oxygen to the brain
