Abstract
Background.Thypoid fever is a public health problem with 22 million cases overa year in the world and causes 216,000-600,000 mortality. Trough the data, in Kebumen residency especially in PKU MUHAMMADIYAH GOMBONG Hospital in 2018 there were 672 cases of thypoid. In the Inayah ward there were 98 cases. Typhoid patients usually get some problem to their thermore gulation process, especially hypertermia problems. Therefore, the best provision of nursing care needs to be done to treat hypertermia in typhoid patients. Purpose. Describes nursing care for typhoid patients with thermoregulatory disorders: hypertermia. Method. Using a descriptive analytic case study design with case study subjects 2 patients with thermoregulatory disorders: hypertermia. The data obtained through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation study. Results of case studies. After nursing care 3x24 hours, there was a decrease temperature patientfrom 37,9 ̊ to 36,6 ̊ (patient I) and from 37,8 ̊c to 37,1 ̊c (patient II). Conclusion. Hypertermia problems in thypoid patients are resolved.
