Abstract
Background: CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) is a heart function disorder so the heart can not pump blood to meet the needs of metabolism tissue. The number of incidents continues to increase and the impact of death, and the number of heart failure (CHF) in Indonesia continues increased. Objective: Able to describe about Nursing Care giving in CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) patients. Diagnosis: In Nursing Care of CHF patients who are in stands from the assessment of Tn.T patient is an gas exchange disorders are associated with ventilation perfusion imbalances, decreased cardiac output associated with in preload changes, and deficit of knowledge associated with a lack of information about the disease. Action plan: A nursing action plan undertaken in CHF patients, among others, by providing O2 therapy, positioning semi-fowler, vital signs monitoring, providing a calm environment and limiting visitors, collaborating to deliver medications as recommended by physicians. Results: After has been done of nursing care for 3x24 hours found the patient’s breating to normal, there was no edema, and the patient also family understood of CHF (Congetive Heart Failure) disease.
