Abstract
Background: Social isolation is a circumstance in which an individual can not even interact with the interaction of other people around the client may feed rejected, not acceptable, loneliness and clients are not able to relate others. In the region Puskesmas Kalikajar 2 TAK activities clients with social isolation cannot be routinely implemented and folowed by the community, because there is no public awareness about mental health especially for patients with social isolation issues. Objectives: The author can find out the therapeutic influence of activity socialization group 1st session introduce themselves to the ability of verbal and nonverbal socialization of social isolation clients in the region Puskesmas Kalikajar 2. Method: The method of the study is descriptive with a case study approach, that's is by do the TAK 1st session of self introduction in the social isolation patients from assessment, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing. TAK do four times, that is three visite at home and once as final evaluation in Puskesmas Kalikajar 2 for two hour. Results of nursing care: The results of the study showed decrease in signs and symptoms of social isolation and increased ability of social isolation patients to socialize. Most signs and symptoms decrease in patients 1 are from the value 14 to 7 and patients 3 value of 13 to 6 and patients 2 value of 12 to 7. Recommendation: The activity therapy of socialization group 1 session introduced self employed nurse in providing nursing care in the ministry of Health.
